Rabbits Foot Limited Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Welcome to Meetup Art ("we," "us," or "our"), an online platform that connects artists, life models, organisers, tutors and creative communities. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rabbits Foot Limited.
We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Description of Service
Meetup Art is a platform that enables users to:
- Create and discover art-related events, workshops, courses, exhibitions, online sessions and gatherings
- Connect with other artists, models, tutors and organisers through groups and communities
- Share artwork, portfolios and creative projects, and sell artwork or reference packs through the gallery shop
- Post and apply for art-model and related jobs
- Manage availability, calendar connections, model bookings and organiser invitations
- Buy tickets to events and subscribe to paid plans (Free, Model Pro, Studio and Institution, plus any trial or lifetime offers we publish)
Meetup Art is an intermediary. Organisers, models, artists, tutors and buyers deal with each other. We do not employ models or run the in-person sessions listed on the platform, except where we process a ticket, artwork or subscription payment on your behalf.
User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account (including via Google or Apple sign in). You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
- Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Keep one account per person and not create a new account to evade a suspension, ban or investigation
Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Attendance at a particular event is set by the organiser — many sessions working from an undraped model are restricted to over-18s. You must follow the age limit stated on each listing.
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our community or Services.
User Content and Conduct
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create or share on our platform ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute Your Content in connection with operating and promoting our Services.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Share inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content other than artistic nudity where these Terms and our community guidelines allow it
- Promote or advertise a course or event using an image containing full-frontal nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, or sexualised imagery
- Spam, advertise, or promote commercial products or services without permission
- Impersonate other individuals or organizations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems, or to interfere with or disrupt our Services
- Evade a suspension or restriction, including by opening another account
Course and Event Images
Images used to promote or advertise Meetup Art courses and events must not contain full-frontal nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, or sexualised imagery. Organisers must use suitable, non-explicit promotional images.
This restriction applies specifically to course and event promotional imagery — including cover images and any gallery images attached to a listing — because that imagery is displayed publicly in search results, on our homepage and in shared link previews. It does not prohibit artistic nudity elsewhere on Meetup Art, which remains permitted where the relevant platform rules and our community guidelines allow it, including on life models' profiles and portfolios and in artists' portfolios and reference material.
Course and event images are screened automatically when they are uploaded. An image that does not meet this standard will not be accepted, and the course or event cannot be published with it.
Images containing nudity
Images that contain visible nudity are hidden by default. Viewers can choose to see them in Site options. That toggle is a visibility preference, not a change to what you are allowed to upload on profiles and portfolios.
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines (summarised on our Help page). We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. Some content, including course and event images, is checked automatically as well as on report.
Calendar Connections, Bookings and Invitations
Paid-tier users may connect Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud or an ICS feed so organisers can see whether a slot is free. We store busy/free times and calendar names only. We do not collect titles, descriptions, locations or guest lists from your connected calendar. You must have the right to connect that calendar. An Apple app-specific password grants broad CalDAV access; you can disconnect in Calendar settings and revoke access at the provider.
Models may create bookings with groups. Studio and Institution organisers may send structured invitations. An accepted invitation can become a Meetup Art session and may be written to a calendar you connected, labelled as a Meetup Art session. Agreed rates recorded on an invitation are a record between the parties; they are not charged through Meetup Art unless you also sell a ticket or other product through the platform.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rabbits Foot Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
The Meetup Art name and logo are trademarks of Rabbits Foot Limited, and may not be used without our prior written consent.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Services, to understand our practices. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Payment Terms
Fees and Payment
Some of our Services require payment of fees, including event tickets, artwork, reference packs, and paid subscriptions. You agree to pay all applicable fees when due. Platform fees on tickets and artwork sales are published on our pricing and How payments work pages. We may change our fees at any time by posting the changes on our Services or notifying you via email.
Subscriptions
Paid plans (Model Pro, Studio and Institution) renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Features remain available until the end of the current billing period; we do not offer partial refunds for unused time after any applicable cooling-off window. Studio trials and Lifetime Studio offers, where available, are described on the pricing page and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds and Cancellations
Event ticket refunds are available upon request more than 48 hours before the event start time. Refunds requested less than 48 hours before the event are at the discretion of the event organiser. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund automatically. First-time monthly or yearly subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For full details, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
iOS subscriptions billed through Apple In-App Purchase are managed in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests for those charges are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Mollie or PayPal, depending on the seller's connected provider and billing country. iOS digital subscriptions are processed by Apple. We accept major cards and the methods each provider offers. Your use of those providers is subject to their terms. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Organisers and artists who receive payouts must complete the onboarding their chosen provider requires. Meetup Art is not a bank or e-money issuer.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Service "As Is"
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Third-Party Content and Services
We are not responsible for content or services provided by third parties, including events, groups, models, tutors, jobs, artwork, or external websites linked from our Services. Your interactions with third parties — including attendance at a session and any booking outside a ticketed Meetup Art purchase — are solely between you and the third party.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbits Foot Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rabbits Foot Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your Content or conduct on our platform
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. The following provisions will survive termination: Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, England, in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). You waive any right to participate in class actions.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at hello@meetup.art to seek an informal resolution.
If you are a consumer resident in the UK, nothing in this section takes away rights you have under UK consumer law, including the right to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales where the law gives you that right.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through our Services or by email.
Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of our Services.
