Throughout this playful course students will use pencils, pens and brushes to capture dramatic or mundane moments in their lives. We'll dig into the archives of artists who use drawing as a form of journal, and work through structured activities to generate ideas and make lots of fast-paced drawings balanced with time to expand ideas and develop drawings at a slower pace. Please note this course has an emphasis on the use of imagination and memory which can at times elicit difficult feelings for some.
